Email stuck in outbox won't delete or move, help!

OL2000, I have an email sitting in my outbox in italic mode, the mapi driver
has started so I can't delete or move it. It has been in my outbox for over
a day now. No other emails can be sent. How can I remove the email from my
outbox. The size of the email is only 1mb and I am using a dialup conn
running around 49.0.
