Email stuck in Outbox for 2days now

Does anyone know how to fix the stuck email in the Outbox? I've searched
everywhere and rechecked settings, I've been using the same configurations
for about 4 months with no problems, until yesterday...thx.

is willing to carefully Read and Follow simple and easy instructions.
