I have tried to send an email using Outlook 2003 and stupidly the attached
file was far too large. 50mb!

I have tried to stop this file from being sent but it will not cancel or
delete. I have uninstalled Outlook 2003 and then reinstalled it but still
the file is there attempting to send. It is sitting quite pretty in my
outbox.

Naturally, I want this file deleted before my computer finds itself bouncing
off walls.
How do i get this file deleted?

You'll stand a much better chance of getting a useful answer if you will
find a newsgroup devoted to Q&A about Outlook and ask there. This newsgroup,
though it is not always obvious when using the online interface, is for Q&A
about Microsoft Access database software.
