Email stationery

I've seen companies who create email stationery that can
contain a company logo, photo, email address, etc... does
anyone know how to create this? I've tried selecting
stationery under outlook settings but it doesn't allow me
to add my logo and photo. I want to create my own from
scratch.

Create your template in an HTML editor like Front Page and then set Outlook
to use that Stationery;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> button Stationery Picker-> button New->
option Use this file as a template:-> browse to your HTML template
