Email sorting

Does anyone know how I can turn off this latest update where is sorts out
your inbox by the subject?

I have to keep scrolling down to find my new messages.

Any help will be appreciated,

? There haven't been any updates to Windows Mail.
You can sort your Inbox on any column header by clicking on that column
header (Subject, From, Sent, etc.).
