Email signatures from VB

How can I set the email signature used by OWA from a VB application?

Where is the setting stored, is it in a file on the Exchange Server, in the
registry, somewhere else? (It must be stored centrally as the signature is
available from many places.)

Why doesn't the standard Outlook use the OWA signatures?

I *think* it's part of the FormDescription object, template property.
