Email Signature

In my "insert" drop down, "signature" had disappeared. I found it as a sub
item under "autotext" - at least I found it, but don't know why it changed
from item under insert to sub item under autotext.

However, in my "tools" "email options" I have 10 different signatures
listed. In the "inser" "autotext" "signature" drop down, only six of those
show - and not the one I want to use. I can find no option or property acess
to change the number of signature to be shown in the "signature" drop
down?????

It does not show up until you start a new message. Signatures are not
available on the main OL menu, just on the message menu. Also, they are not
available when you use Word as your editor. Stop using word, and they'll be
available.

I appreciate the comment about using Word as email editor. Why does Microsoft
have the opion available to USE Word as the editor? What are the advantages
of doing so? What are the drawbacks of using Word?
