Email set up

I have no idea what to put in the POP3 server info!! Please help me? TIA
 
Incidentally, your PC is configured for the Mountain time zone.
Aren't you in Texas which should be in the Central time zone?
A misconfigured time zone can cause some mysterious PC problems.
