how do i find my email servers. it ask me for POP3 and STMP. Where is this.

You would need this information from your ISP. Usually it is
mail.ISPNAME.net or similar. You can give them a call or check their website
for the information.

i dont understand what to put in the 2 blanks when it asks for pop3 and stmp

You need to get that info from your email provider who is probably your ISP.
