email rules

I have multiple email accounts. I am trying to have messages moved to
different folders as I receive them that correspond to the different
accounts. This works fine, however if I reply to a message instead of putting
it in the sent folder it puts it in the different folders. I believe because
my name (for example) is in the "TO" portion of the previous email that I am
replying to (and I do no want to remove the previous email from mine). So if
this makes any sense I would appreciate any suggestions.
