Email retrieval

If the operating system on my machine crashed but I am
still able to hook up the hard drive as a slave drive and
recover all other files like the documents etc, is there a
way to retrieve all the emails that were stored in outlook
under a particular user's login on Outlook 2000? Any help
or pointers in the right direction would be greatly
appreciated.

It should be pretty easy. If the user wasn't connecting to Exchange server,
all his/her Outlook data will be in a file with a .PST extension. Search
that user's Windows profile for any and all .PST files and you should find
the right one. Depending on your version of Windows, you may need to check
inside hidden folders as well as visible ones.
