Is there any way to be reminded about an email i.e., if
you were awaiting for a response and it never came?

Thanks

Set a follow up flag on the email. Click the Red flag icon within the email
and set a follow up date.

Do you see a Follow Up selection on the Actions menu?

No, and I also checked "Tools". None of the options appear
to lead me there.

What version of Outlook?

Drag the email to Tasks and set a date for completion on it.

Thanks for responding.

I had been communicating with "Patricia", see her
responses, and my last reply gave the version of Outlook I
am using. I have not been able to use your method either
as I don't seem to have Tasks as an option.
