Hi,

I have had a Junk/Phishing email appear in my inbox normally this would
automatically be moved straight into the Junk EMail folder but for some
unknown reason it hasn't i have tried to delete it but it comes up with an
unknown error message and if i try and move it, it says it cannot be moved
and that an unknown error has occurred i have run a system scan on my
computer to check no Virus has come in and it says its clear, but it is
worrying me as never happened before any ideas????
thanks

A fix as been released by M$ to resolve the problem of undeletable mails:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista"

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090

It works for all folders.

Me too, exactly the same! what did you do or find out? HELP!
Download and install this fix, with Windows Mail not running:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders. If you don't know whether to use the 32-bit version or
the 64-bit version, try the 32-bit version first. Certain common
antivirus programs, such as most of those from Norton or McAfee,
or a recent one from Trend, tend to cause such problems, although
seldom immediately, so if you have such a program, remember
where to find the fix - you are likely to need it again.

And do you think, that between me posting the same as you did, some 8 hours
earlier, that Rhonda has learned to click on the + next to BL4ZINGST4R's
question, I doubt it Robert.
