Email Printouts Outlook 2003

At the top of every email I print out, there is a line that shows my name.
How do I change it to read my company name?

Thanks, but I thought there was a way to change it within Outlook without
purchasing an add-on. Still looking for it...

I think you need to change the registered user of Office 2003:
