In some cases, emails do not conform to my margin preferences for printing.
It seems this only occurs in emails from certain sources. Can this be fixed?

Depends - you need to tell us the parameters for those mails that do not
print to your specifications.

Sorry - we are not mind readers nor are we looking over your shoulder. You
need to provide as much information as possible to allow anyone to
troubleshoot your issue.

Provide at the least:

Outlook version.
Mail format (plain text, HTML, Rich Text).
Internal or External senders.
Exchange server version (if using Exchange).
If not exchange, then IMAP or POP3.
What the recipients who exhibit the issue have in common.
How you are attempting to print the items.
What your Print Setup shows for margins.

Post back with at least this level of detail and perhaps someone can help
you.

Any real reason for the sarcasm and uncalled-for remarks? No wonder the poor
user hasn't written back. If you hate your job oryour life so much that you
have to humiliate those who are a large part of the reason you have a job, I
would encourage you to move on. And if you thought you were being funny or
cute ... you weren't. Just obnoxious.
