email printing

Occasionally when I attempt to print an email the first
few letters to the left are being left off. I don't have
any problems printing from any other app and it's not
happening with every email. Any thoughts? Thanks for
your help...

Hi, did you ever sort this problem out - one of our users is having the exact same problem and I have no idea why.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers
