Hi Guys,

I have a pps with a 2kb .wav file attached. I believe tbe WAV it is
embedded (I saved is from clipart online in my clipart collection file).

It is not working when I email it. Any suggestions?

Your help is appreciated.

Tanyao,
How did you insert the wave file? If you want to know if the sound is
embedded, right click the speaker icon, choose edit sound object, right at
the bottom of the dialogue sound options you will see total duration of the
file and right beneath it if the sound is embedded or not. If you see a full
path than the wave is not embedded but linked.
Have a read here as to how you can make sure wave files are embedded in your
presentation:
