What EXACTLY do you mean by "make incoming emails pop up"? You do know about
the Notifier that will give a visual alert when a new email arrives?

So that when you open up outlook, the whole actual email opens up automatically, i.e. you can see the whole email to read.

Hope this helps.

And why would you need this? What happens if you open Outlook and there are
many new emails?

Could you restate your question a bit more clearly? You are now
contradicting yourself in your last post.

Also, without mentioning a solution, could you indicate what exactly your
are trying to achieve?
As you might have noticed, directly opening an email automatically upon
receiving is not a good way to go about managing your email for various
reasons.

The screen gets peppered with mass spam :)

You mean the Notifier then. It seems the Notifier was broken with SP2 (if
you have 2007, which you omitted to mention...

i not worried about managing email. i work for a company and have been ask to make an important email(that everyone needs to read)flash up on the screen when outlook is opened, so you have no choice but to read it..

Right. Well this is a perfect example of not posting ALL the relevant
information.
There are much better ways of doing this - one for example would be to
utilise a log-on message so that each user sees a text message when they log
on.

That is not possible without any direct control on the computer on the
receiver's end.

Having a window pop-up automatically is still no guaranteed way that people
will read it though. I also doubt that it will be more successful than using
more conventional means such as marking it with high priority and/or tagging
the subject accordingly.
