Login Script to create a new Outlook Profile

I was hoping there is a script out the that would do this for current users. we have a unique situation, and I need to create a second profile for all users via log in script. can this be done?.

Depending on your version of Outlook, you can create a prf-file by using the
Office Resource Kit or the Office Customization Tool (OCT). You can then
call this file from a login script.
