email picture

I have office 2003 installed on windows xp. in IE when you right click and
choose email picture I want it to go directly to my hotmail account, NOT via
outlook. can outlook be disabled?
 
If you don't use Outlook, simply uninstall it.
To set Hotmail as your default mail application use;
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
