Email Passwords

Can somebody please help. I have Windows XP Pro and have both Outlook 2000
and Outlook Express 6 in use. 1 for business and the other for for my
private emails.

Something happened after I downloaded some software. My passwords in both
programs are no longer stored in memory and I have to retype them each time
I want to get email. This is a pain.

How can I correct this please.
