I cannot send an e-mail using Microsoft Office & Student Word 2007. (Vista) I
can use send fax option, but e-mail is greyed out. Does anyone know how to
rectify?

Di,

Pampered or not not, you need to post your question oce and then wait or a
response. Three times in one half hour will not get you a faster response.
And if you look, you'll see I posted directions for how to resolve your
issue.

Gee, sorry for having a new computer and being illeterate w/ it. I did not
even know I did it 3 times. I'd like to know how I did that so I won't do it
again. :). Since you are the guru for "Dummies" could you please forward
me to the correct area to look? It is much appreciated.

I have had this computer since Jan 09. In June the hard drive died. Wiping
everything out. B4 it died, emailing thru Word worked fine. It has taking me
2 months to resolve issues w/ Dell.

I tried following the post reguarding placing the email icon on the ribbon,
however that has not corrected the problem. I receive emails just fine thru
Windows Mail, so I believe that is set up properly. Is that the post you
were referring to?

Your response is very much appreciated and I certainly hope you do not get
this 3x's!
