Is there some way of setting up our email so that it can be retrieved on
either of the 2 computers we have networked together so that all email
material can be viewed?

thanks

I presume you are using a standard POP3 email client (such as Outlook Express
or Outlook). Any time you attempt to setup email with shared data there's a
high probablility of problems or data corruption. The best solution for what
you want is to setup both computers to retreive email from the server and
look in the Advanced account settings for and option to "Leave mail on the
server". This will download the mail to the machine you are currently signed
on to but leave copies so that they will still download and update to the
other machine when it is signed on. There should also be a setting for when
to remove from the server; something like "delete from server when moved to
deleted items" or "don't delete from server until permanently deleted."

There may be some third-party applications to manage shared email databases
for POP3 email but I can't think of any I've heard of. Maybe someone else has
more thoughts on this.

Good luck.

You could use a web mail interface, simple, but achives the desighered
effect.
