Email notification is delayed.

After I receive an email there is about a 1 minute delay before the email
notification window appears. I receive email through an Exchange Server at
work. I am the only staff member that has this problem. Any solutions?

How many rules do you have defined?

Did you install (perhaps without permission) additional anti-malware or
security software that interrogates your e-mails?

Did you compare your list of add-ons installed for Outlook to those
installed for the other users?
