Email not received by friend

I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 on Vista and a Dell laptop.
Originally, my friend received emails that I sent but now she is not. The
emails to her are in my "Sent Items" folder. I am able to log into
comcast.net and sending her an email directly from comcast but the emails
sent through Outlook are not received by her. I would appreciate any advice.

Are you actively scanning your incoming and outgoing email with antivirus?
Remove this integration with Outlook and try again.

Are you receiving an NDR (non delivery report) for any emails you send her?
An email back saying the email was undeliverable and specifying a reason?
Are your Outlook emails being trapped as SPAM by the recipient's email
client? Can she log into her email account on her ISP website and see your
mails there?
