Looking for Outlook answers

Is there any way to create a collapsed menu with HTML links (accessing
another part of the email document) within Outlook? It doesn't appear to have
that capability.

I want to list:
XYZ (click on this and get expanded menu to)
ABC (click on this and get expanded menu to (123) navigate you to
description information at bottom of email)
123

I tried using Expressions Web but only have used it for a few months, I'm
unable to completely figure it out there as well. I am also not confident
that it would transfer over to a mail message.

How is this an Outlook issue? If you want to know how to code an HTML
page (to later send via e-mail) then ask in an HTML programming group.

The template I'm trying to use was created in Outlook. However, I don't see a
way to collapse items so you can expand and collapse them for better
visibility in the email. Without this option it looks a bit jumbled in
Outlook as all I can do is:

XYZ ABC 123 456 789 000 111 222 333 444 555 666

As you can see, it doesn't look that great and was hoping Outlook had an
option to collapse menus.
