email messages to multiple people it sticks in Outbox

If I send a message to about 20 people - no attachments or with attachments,
it gets stuck in my out box, yet, some people receive the mesages. and it
doesn't show up in my sent Folder. I have turned off my firewall, and still
it will not send.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix?

Hi,

I had something similar happening to me too...after hours on the phone
with Microsoft and several techs later ,the last one fixed it my going
into
Tools
Account Settings
high lite the account (if you have more than one...and you will need
to do it for each account you do have that you send email with) and
click CHANGE
UNCHECK THE BOTTOM ITEM: Require logon using Secure Password
Authentication (SPA)

Then on that same box go to
MORE SETTINGS
ADVANCED tab
Increase the Server Timeout to the longest setting

Hopefully this will fix your problem too.
