Email messages appear minimised when opened

When I click to open an email it appears minimised. I then have to click the maximise button. Can I reconfigure so that it opens in the maximised mode

By default an OE message window won't open truly maximized but you can
resize the smaller window to fill your screen and have its size remembered.

By any chance has you ISP changed Newsgroup providers? What you have described happened to me, effective January 1, 2004 and I just found out that Comcast has dropped my usual NG provider and as soon as I went through the process of following the instructions for setting up their new NG provider, all of a sudden, my email is fine. Would have been nice if Comcast had taken the trouble to notifiy me before I wasted a whole day trying to figure out what "I" had done to cause the sudden change. Hope this helps, if not, I'm sorry because I know how annoying it is to have to maximize in order to see your email.
