email links

I use MS Outlook 2003 and can't get any of my email links to be active. I
have tried the suggestions given in the discussion group about reseting my
IE6.0 defaults and making sure IE is my default browser and still they don't
work. I got a window in my Windows Explorer looking for an executable file.
Like a dummy, I chose IE.exe and now the links REALLY don't work! Please help

You'll have to open WIndows Explorer, choose Tools>Folder Optons>File Types,
locate the "URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol" file type and make sure it
opens the correct image, which is iexplore.exe, not ie.exe.
