Email Links

Whenever I get email with links to websites and try to click on them I get a
popup window for me to search my computer for the "executable file". Why
can't I just click the link and go to the website?

Wicked:

I had the same issue; I installed my MS Office 2003 Professional CD-ROM and
chose the repair option. Since I completed this task the issue no longer
occurs.
