email links

I am unable to click on a link from my email to get to the website....any
idea on what is blocking this? Thanks. Brenda

Hi Brenda

Try this:

From Start>Run type

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and
click on 'Reset Web Settings...'. Try the links again then.

Hi! May not remedy it, but there's a way around it. Highlight the
complete link with your cursor. Then go to the upper left-top and click
on EDIT. Slide down and click on COPY

Then got to theaddress bar in your browser and clear it, leaving the
curser there. Then go back up to EDIT, click and slide down and click
on PASTE .

The link will then be showing in your browser address bar. Then click
GO, or whatever the final click should be.

If this is too confusing for you, simply write down the link address
and re-type it in your browser address bar and click GO!
