Email links don't work, did before, reset web settings didn't hel.

When I receive an email with a web link I cannot click on it and have it open
explorer. This used to work. I tried resetting my web settings in IE as was
posted in another question here, but that did not work. I can copy and paste
the link into IE and it works fine, I just cannot click and open it from the
email.
