Email issues!

I'm running outlook 2003 and when i go to create a new mail then hit the "to" button, it doesnt list any of my contacts.I checked the properties of the contacts and its pointing to the contacts thats in my personal folders. I dont have any here. how do i get outlook to see the contacts i have on my email server as compared to the ones i have on my pst?

Go to tool>options>mail setup>e-mail accounts
this will allow you to set the location of your
address book to your mail server.
