EMAIL IS NOT SENDING, BUT CAN RECEIVE

I have troubleshot this to death and am frustrated. Mine works correctly,
but daughter's is not. Please help! Thanks!

This is the error message I am receiving:
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Video of your
grandaughter!!!', Account: 'Windows Mail', Server: 'smtp.live.com', Protocol:
SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL):

As stated, she can receive mail but cannot send it.

Try switching to port 587 for the smtp server.
It is possible her isp does not permit port 25 use for non isp accounts.

Is this the ONLY email she can't send? What is the size of the video file
she is trying to send?

In addition to changing the outgoing port to 587, make sure the
SSL option is enabled. Your error message was truncated, so I
can't tell what your existing SSL status is.
