Email is magnified?

A user came to me with this problem: When she tries to reply to or forward
messages, the email appears to be magnified. The font indicates the correct
font size, but the entire email text appears much larger. The recipient sees
her emails as normal size. What could be causing this? Thanks.

Is she using Word as her email editor? Deselect Word as the email editor and
see if it makes a difference.

That does make a difference. After that, we opened Word and saw that the
magnification was set on 140%. We set it to 100%, but her emails are still
magnified. How can we fix it permanently? This is weird!

If you are using Word as your email editor, the font size for replying and
forwarding is controlled by Word. Start Word, select Tools>Options>General
tab. Click E-mail Options button. Select Personal Stationery tab. In the
Replying or forwarding messages area, Click Font button and select features
you want. If this doesn't solve your problem, I'm afraid I've run out of
ideas. Good luck!
