email Individual Sheet as Attachment

Is there a way to email an individual sheet as an attachment. I know you
can email an individual sheet embedded in an email, but recipients can't
open the attachment in Excel with an Internet email account.

You could right-click on the sheet tab, select copy and 'new workbook' in
the drop-down. This will then give you a new single paged workbook to mail
as an attachment
