Email hassels

My emai keeps denying me access to my file attachments:
OE has removed access to unsafe file attachments in your
mail:xx.xx
How do I reset this access and how do I stop this in
future? I am running Norton anti virus. Where does the
problem lie?

In OE click Tools, Options and the Security tab. Uncheck the box that
states "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened.......".
