Email fonts changes

When sending out an email, sometimes the fonts change
once it gets to the recipient, I've installed Service
Pack 3, but still get the same problem. Its not always
constant. Any clues?
 
You didn't say what version of Outlook you're using or what format these
problem messages are using.
