Email distribution list

I accidentally deleted an email distribution list. In it
I had entries made directly in to the list and not part
of my Contacts. Can I retrieve the lost distribution
list and/or the names (with email addresses) in it?
 
Not unless you had a backup of your PST file or mailbox, sorry.
 
No problem - guess it's time to start doing some backups! :-)
