Email Distribution List from Access

I have a customer database in Access, and I want to know how I can send an
email to everyone in that database using Outlook or Access. We want to first
send an email to everyone asking if they want to be contacted by email, then
edit down the list to just those that wish to be contacted by email. We are
not trying to Spam.

My other question is: How do I get around the server thinking that I am
trying to Spam? My distribution list would be over 10,000 customers.

Thanks!

Take a look at http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/email/outlook.htm. There are
some excellent links there.

You might also look at FMS's Total Access Emailer at
http://www.fmsinc.com/products/emailer/index.asp.

As far as your server goes, that's a no-brainer. Talk to the server
administrator. They're the one in control of that issue.

Happy New Year!
