Email delivery

Is there any way to have one email account deliverd to
a .pst file and one delivered to an exchange mailbox in
the same profile?

No. You can have your mail delivered to an Exchange profile and then move
certain mails by rule to a .pst but you cannot have them delivered directly
to 2 different message stores automatically.
