Email default

How do I make Microsoft Outlook my default email? I've set up the account
and emails are going to Outlook "Express". I can import them into Outlook
but they don't go there on their own. I can't get Outlook "Express" to work
properly. I can only receive in it and nothing else. It keeps telling me I
need to reinstall because there is an error in configuration, but I can't
reinstall from my disk because I've since updated with Microsoft fixes.
 
Internet Options>Applications
Then stop using OE.
This assumes your accounts are correctly set up in OL

They don't go to Outlook Express on their own, either. You have to RUN
Outlook Express in order for it to get your mail. Don't run it and it won't
get it. Instead, run Outlook and if you have your account set up correctly,
it will get the mail.
