Email Contents of a form..

i have a form whose contents needs to be emailed. But i am having a problem
with the webbot self. can anybody plz tell me how am i supposed to resolve
this problem?

Please:

1) Provide us with the exact error.
2) Did you http publish to a server with the FrontPage server extensions
installed and enabled?
3) Did you contact your host to enable the forms to email transport in the
extensions for your account?

The Error is
"The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because the page address
is incorrect."
and the Address bar shows
http://localhost/--WEBBOT-SELF--

How exactly do I http publish to a server with the FrontPage server
extensions
and install and enable it?
I am not aware of how the next is accomplished too
