Can someone please help me? When I went to check my Windows email today, all
of my emails are listed, but I cannot read them anymore. The "i" or info
message in the email window says,

MESSAGE CANNOT BE FOUND
The contents of this message cannot be found.

Also, the only option I have is to create new mail...all other tabs (reply,
reply all, send/receive) are faded out.

Can someone tell me what the heck happened here????

This problem could be due to interference from your antivirus.
Windows Mail is not compatible with most McAfee and Norton
security programs. Those will need to be uninstalled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like:

AVG free edition:
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/us/frt/0?prd=aff
or
Avast free edition:
http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

With either of those, during the install phase you must select custom
install, and then deselect the email scanning option.
