Email Contacts

Hi - I work at a college and at times I have to send out emails to a number
of students at once and I may not have to send them an email again. My
question for you is; how can I delete the contact from my list without having
to press the delete button one at a time on each contact? And once I delete
one contact, the cursor goes back to the top of the list and I have to move
the down key until I find the next contact that I want to delete. Is there
an easier way to remove contacts?
 
What do you mean by "my list?" We have no idea what that means.
Are you even talking about Contacts here?
