Is someone able to tell me how I'm able to add the "Categories" button
in the "Message Options" in Outlook 2003 to a custom toolbar when MS
Word is set as the Default Email editor?

I use categories a lot and was hoping to find a much easier way to be
able to add categories to an email message without having to go...
Options, Categories.... I had thought it would be easy, but couldn't
locate it in the Commands window.
 
You can't customize the Outlook toolbar in Word. If you like to, try
Category Manager (see the link in my signature), which makes categorizing a
lot easier and faster.
