Well, don't keep the error message a secret.
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
If you told us that because you thought someone would help you, why didn't
you copy and paste the error message? How are we suppose to do anything
with no information? Also, tell us who your email provider is (just the
part after the @ symbol).
