Email body types on one line

When I type an email body; unless I hit enter, my cursor does not move to the
following line. It will keep typing on one long line.
I have searched through the settings and nothing appears to be able to fix
this.

Outlook version? Editor? (Word or the Outlook editor) Word wrap parameter?
