G Guest Sep 4, 2007 #2 What version of Outlook are you using? Are you using stationery at all? Make sure it's set to None instead of Blank.

G Guest Sep 5, 2007 #3 Thanks for your offer to help but I have solved the problem. I had no luck with the stationery setting so I kept looking and found that someone had gone into Control Panel, Internet Options, Color.... need I say more??
