email automatically going to account history

Somehow I messed up my Office Outlook 2003. My email all went to Account
History in Accounts and Business Contacts and shows on every contact. In
addition I can no longer link emails and all my business contact information
under accounts is no longer showing. I also do not have a Business Menu to
access. What do I do, I am at wits end.

Hi

If the Business Tools Menu is missing, but the Accounts & Business Contacts
are present in the folder list, then more than likely the add-in is failing
to load

In Outlook, go to Help > About Microsoft Office Outlook, then click
"Disabled Items"
Is BCM listed there? If so, try enabling it and restarting Outlook
